Single spare bedroom to let

My council flat is 2 bedrooms and in these days of housing shortages I do occasionally have pangs of guilt about having it all to myself. The ideal person to share my home with would have to live with my chihuahua and I. We are both house trained, and would want who ever was interested in sharing with us to be too! My spare room has a new single bed in there, and I currently use it as a computer room. I am mostly at home these days being a 62yr old retired professional lady. The right person would be made to feel welcome. I could not tolerate drunkenness, or rudeness.
