Hello,
i am advertising my house for rental,
it is situated 10 mins walk into Leeds city center, with buses outside every 15 mins.

the house is an end terrace, consisting of 4 bedrooms, fitted kitchen bath/shower room.
and a very large communal lounge.

this property is unfurnished so tenants are welcome to decorate as they wish.

im looking to get together either 4 friends who are looking for house share, or getting together 4 people from this site to match-up.
When the house is occupied it will work out at £50 each a week. and only £100 deposit from each.

which works out at £216 a month with the bills to share.
