6 Bedroom house, with the spare room acting as a music room. The current occupants are all smokers, students and musicians. They are friends from before but are all nice, laid back and friendly guys. As mentioned they are all musical - the house has a piano in it - but the room is on the 3rd floor so it should be easy to escape if you prefer quiet.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Broadband is already set up though there isn't a working TV in the living room (yet, they talked about getting one).
As far as potential housemates go they're happy as long as you are too.
