Hi, i am looking for a student who will take over my contract as i have to move to another city soon.
This room is a studio with awesome shower booth, so u will have your own kitchen and toilet(plus! ur own TV). You don't need to share with others.
The location is perfect. It only takes 10-15mins to get to city centre and uni(on foot).
It was built a year ago, so its really clean:) this accommodation has gym, laundry rooms, common rooms and parking area.
The contract will be expired on 16th of June 2015. (If you want, u can extend)
The room fee is 120 pounds per week including all bills. (Considering this is a studio, i think it is really cheap!)
The start date is negotiable:)
