I am a young professional male with a double room in Manor Mills development just a short walk from the city centre and train station. Also very close to the motorway. The flat does not come with a parking space, but this can be rented from the letting agent for about £50 pcm (underground parking).

Looking for someone to take the second double bedroom. The flat has two bathrooms so you would have a bathroom to yourself.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, with broadband, sky tv etc (bills not included).

I am into football, both watching and playing, go to the gym (fairly) regularly, chilling out in front of the TV, cooking nice food and like a good night in or out at the weekend.
