Current tenants are postgraduate and PhD students; very responsible. 3 males and 1 female. Bills are not included in rent but are around 50 pounds every month for internet, water, gas, electricity. There is a backyard for barbecues during summer. The house is securely protected and located in the popular students and professionals area. The room an on the top floor, fully furnished with a double bed, chest drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe, computer table and chair. Kitchen has microwave, toaster, cooker, washing machine, etc. This is a lovely place you definitely have to see. and it's so cheap! No hussles, no agent fees, and your deposit is your last month rent. We need one female to join us complete the house share.
