Large room available in student house for January.

I have a large room in a student house share with three males, that I no longer need, the house is close to the Carnegie Stadium and shops in Headingley, with great bus links to the city centre. The room is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair plus plenty of extra space. There is a shared living room, kitchen and one large bathroom with a large shower and bath. The bills are all included in the rent, at just £86 pew week, or £373. 65 per month.
