1 dbl coming available in Meanwood (Feb/ March)

Hi ,

I have 1 large double bedroom becoming available in a lovely 4 bedroom house in central Meanwood. The exact date is to be confirmed but it is looking to be around the end of February / early March.

The existing tenants (2 will be new, one has been there a year) are looking for someone to be part of the household rather than someone who just stays in their room or uses the house as a 'base' and is away most of the time. They are looking for someone tidy as the house is kept in a good state currently.

Buses into town are frequent and take about 10-15 minutes.

The rent is inclusive of all bills except personal phone calls. Sky TV, broadband, dishwasher etc. are all present.

The house is about 3 minutes walk from the centre of Meanwood with various bars, restaurants, Aldi & Waitrose.
