I am leaving in summer and have a room available for the next year which is £99 pppw and is all bills included: gas, electricity, water, internet, TV license, campus security and a gardener, which is a lot more than most houses. It is literally a 30 second walk from the Leeds University Student Union so is unbelievably close to the university and all the surrounding areas. You would be living with 6 wonderful girls who would be more than happy to meet with you beforehand to get to know each other, and I would also be happy to meet you to discuss anything you want to know about the house. Must be a student to take the house! I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY THE RENT FOR JULY/AUGUST IF THE TENANT IS READY TO SIGN THE CONTRACT BY JULY 1ST.
