Comfortable warm house in woodhouse Leeds

We have a spacious warm double room in my house share. The house has four bedrooms in all. There is a sitting room ,two bathrooms ,kitchen and utility room. The rent includes all bills including high speed internet, so nothing else to pay. Outside there is a sunny front garden. The house is well equiped, everything works well or it gets replaced quickly. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable new bed. the area around the house is safe and quiet, there are two small shops in easy walking distance. Leeds centre / universities are a ten minute walk away. We are looking for a young professional or mature student to join the house share. The others are sociable but respect each other's space. It's nice to sit out in the garden and relax in the summer.
