Room in 5 Bed Hyde Park House

Hi,

I live in a 5 bed house in Hyde Park with another lad and two girls. I am due to start a graduate job in a month’s time, and the other three are starting their final years at Uni in September. We are a laid back house, reasonably tidy and love both going out and just chilling and watching telly or whatever.

The house itself is a 5 bed, it has two bathrooms and a living room that is currently being renovated (however the renovation shouldn’t last past the end of summer). The rent is £75 p/w. The house is in Norwood Road, which means it is not only walking distance from the Uni of Leeds campus and both Leeds Beckett campuses, but also that it is only over the road from Burley Park train station.

We are a really sociable household and are hoping to find someone who will be a friend rather than just someone who rents a room.
