Large Attic Room available

We have a room that is available for the upcoming year, the room that we have available is a large attic room with an on suite. The house is located in Burley and is in a very convenient location whether you want to get too Headingly or the City/ Campus. The rent is very cheap being £69 per week and bills usually costing around £14 per week the house itself is very clean and is fairly big. There is four of us lads who live in the house and are all very easy going and laid back we enjoy going out as well as staying in and relaxing, all of us are in our third year at university studying a variety of degrees.
