Joint tenancy agreement

Hello,

My name is Aga and I'm 33 years old professional.

I'm looking for a flatmate whom I could sign a joint tenancy agreement with in a few months.
I value privacy and comfort and looking for someone to share rental costs with.

I would like to move my house in February/March 2016. Our new home would be cosy, reasonably priced and not too far away from Leeds city centre.

I consider myself to be a tidy, respectful individual and looking for someone alike. Ideally someone like-minded, whom from time to time I could share a glass of wine with ;)
