I have a Lovely four bed house in Woodhouse that I share with my dog and 2 cats. It is currently for sale so I am seeking a temporay lodger. Preferably quiet & clean and tidy.

The house is walking distance to the University and the city centre but If you'd prefer there is a direct bus close by. We are quite close to the bars restaurants and Hyde Park.

The house has recently had new carpets throughout and been painted. We have also got brand new Front and back doors so it looks smart. It has a large dining kitchen, utility room inc dish washer, living room, 2 bathrooms, Enclosed back yard, to sit in the sun.

The rent is £550 pm which includes all bills except council tax. if youre a student you dont pay council tax.

It would be nice to share with someone who is relatively quite Preferably someone who is clean and tidies up after themselves. It is not a party house.
