A clean, fully-furnished double room available in an ideal location:
- 2 minute walk from St. James Hospital
- 10 minute drive from Leeds City Centre
- 15 minute drive from Leeds University
- Local amenities, bus routes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance

What we are looking for:
- Quiet and respectable to an Indian family home
- Non-smoker
- Ideally vegetarian
- One person per room

If you are working from home, there will be an additional charge to the rent just to cover the extra bills.
