We have a large double room available to rent immediately. (Just been fully redecorated with new bed, mattress and furniture).

The house is clean, tidy and only 10mins from Leeds city centre. Located just off a major bus route, buses every 10 mins to City. (Roundhay Road).

There is always room for on street parking just outside the house if you need it as it is a 'no through' street... i. e it's nice and quiet due to road being blocked to traffic half way :)

It's a 4 bed house and you will be sharing with 3 others (1 guy and 2 girls).

All professionals (no parties here as we have all grown out of that sorry - but feel free to bring friends round for dinner), more a chilled place to relax and watch Netflix etc.

All rooms have Fibre Broadband internet access and are fully furnished and empty ready for new housemates.

The room available is a Furnished Sunny room with tons of storage/clothing space, desk and double bed on the first floor at only £425pm

The rent includes ALL bills, gas, electric, internet, tv, council tax and water rates (and common household shared items eg toilet rolls/cleaning products).

£250 Deposit... private landlord so no rediculous fees to pay the agents!

You will have full use of the kitchen/ living room on a Lodger Agreement Basis.

We are looking for easy going tidy working professional or post grad (had a few Masters and Phds written in the house).
Very close to St James hospital too so ideal for NHS workers.
