Double room to rent in shared house

Double room in a shared house with three girls and one boy. There is a choice of two rooms, one smaller double room on the first floor next to the main bathroom or one larger double room in the basement, directly connected to a shower room and toilet. Both rooms are fully furnished, with double beds and a desk, as well as a built in wardrobe. We are sociable group of people who welcome anyone to live with us! We have a shared living room and kitchen and the kitchen has an island with high stools for meals. If you take one room, you can use the other room for storage or for any spare things! We have a patio with chairs and a table. We are directly next to the Co-op supermarket and we are about a 30 second walk from Burley Park Station (has a four minute train to centre of Leeds). We are a 40 minute walk to town, and a 20 minute walk to the University of Leeds. We are a 8 minute walk to Headingley, and the same to the top of Victoria Road.
