Double room available for lodger

We have two fully furnished double bedrooms in a clean, quiet, family house in Chapel Allerton/Chapeltown border. Smaller bedroom £500 per month, bigger £600 all bills included. Very handy for the city centre or the hospitals (all within 30 mins walk). As we are a multinational house an international post grad student would be ideal, but anyone interesting is welcome.
