I am renting out a bedroom in a lovely 2 bedroom flat located in the popular Brewery Wharf complex, close to bars and restaurants, the city centre and the train station.

The newly decorated and furnished flat is bright with large windows overlooking the river. The recently refitted kitchen is open plan with the living room and dining area. Both this room and the bedroom have stunning views down the river. There is an on-site gym for a low cost.

As the other room has an ensuite, the main bathroom will be solely for your use. Alternatively the bedroom with the ensuite is available for an additional cost.

I work in the city centre and in the evenings enjoy cooking, watching films and going for a run. I am looking to share with someone who is clean and tidy. It would be good to have a flatmate who I can socialise with, maybe watching a film or going for drinks.
