Bills included. Home office in the house that's not currently used during the day. Loads of free on street parking, 5min walk from Burley Park train station, 15min walk to Leeds train station, right on the bus route to town, less than 10min walk from the uni. Tescos Express about 100m away. Brand new kitchen with gas hob (because electric hobs suck).

Furniture in the bedroom can be changed if needed.

Live in landlord so broken things get fixed quickly if they break.

Interests in the house include; Reading, swimming, guitar, films, photography, relaxing with friends and games (like exploding kittens).

I cant always answer my phone so text/whatsapp is usually better.
