Leeds centre double bedroom, ensuite with parking!

Gorgeous double bedroom with en-suite and parking available from end of August / start September- can be slightly earlier if you need!

Parking is included, and all bills included for an easy life! You’ll be on the top floor with your own bathroom with bath and shower, the living room is on the middle floor and then the other bedroom on the bottom floor with another bathroom so lots of privacy between you, the house is south facing so it’s nice and sunny in the day time.

Only 10/15 mins walk to the city centre along the canal or via Wellington street!!

You’ll be living with Connie who works in Leeds city centre, she’s just moved in and is loving the house already, I’m the landlord currently living in London but I mange the property from afar and used to live there for 2 years and loved it!

In the week Connie enjoys keeping fit and healthy, chills in the week pre covid always up for spontaneous meals out, cinema etc or happy to stay in and cook! At the weekends (before corona) make the most of going on nights out, socialising, casual drinks, shopping, to visiting friends and family in other cities or now and then having a relaxed one! The house is very laid back and socialable, clean and tidy with plenty of space for everyone.
