Bright Double Rooms in Big House, LS6 Meanwood

Great house in Leeds, (Meanwood). Near to shops, bars, bus, doctors etc and all the things you need (Waitrose, Aldi, Terminus Bar, Alfreds, 4 more bars, restaurants, Meanwood Park and Valley Trail. All of this is at the bottom of my road so you get the idea :-)

Headingley, Chapel Allerton etc. all within easy walking distance.
The house is bright and spacious, all real wooden floors downstairs with a conservatory. South facing garden with decking (needs a bit of work!) and gas BBQ. Its brilliant in the summer.

Rooms newly painted with double beds and all other furniture etc..

I am not always there because I stay with my girlfriend in town and vice versa. Definitely worth a look. Basically its exactly the same as the video! All bills included.

One big double room taken but the smaller room free from the 16th July.
