Double room + Parking to rent in Leeds Dock.

Hey all. My flatmate has decided that he will be making the jump and finding a place of his own. Since I’d like to stay here at the dock ill have a spare room in Mackenzie house in the next few months.

It’s a nice, quiet area of the dock in a secure block with a weekday concierge. 4th floor double room, Furnished with good clean furniture, Wardrobe, drawers, Double bed and 2 bedside drawer sets. Cream carpeted. White walls. Plenty of electricity sockets. Large window with blinds and your own good sized bathroom with Bath, sink, cabinets, heated towel rail and toilet (see pictures)
Large modern kitchen & living room. Glass counter tops, fitted oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, good washer/drier. Laminate flooring throughout, plenty of space with corner sofa.

I have a 50” 4K 3D Smart Tv with a good soundbar and a good stable 60MB internet connection + PS4, Netflix & amazon video. Theres also a balcony looking out into the dock. There is also the hot commodity that is a city centre car parking spot in the secure underground car park but if this isn’t needed it can be rented out no problem if it isn’t needed.

Im into cooking too so i have appliances.

Obviously it’s a 2 minute walk to a gym, tesco, pizza express and yoga studio.

Would prefer someone around my age (im 28).
£500pcm + bills (about £120 each) + a quarterly water bill which is usually £40 each. The deposit is a months rent.

Id recommend a viewing as it’s a nicely kitted out, big & modern flat. Ive lived here for 5 years and i really like the area. Ive added some 360 degree photos. of the rooms and ill add some more soon.
