It's a 10 minute walk to the University of Leeds and a 20 minute walk to Leeds Beckett University. Pubs are very close to the property, gives people the opportunity to socialise as well as having welcome break from University or from your job.
Bins are collected weekly, the area is also very quiet, so you don't have to worry about noise when trying to sleep.
There are 3 bedrooms on each floor, along with 3 bathrooms. The living area and kitchen is very spacious, fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and comfy sofas.
The tenants do smoke, but they smoke outside and not in the communal areas.
