Hello, I'm Martyn and I'm looking for a new flatmate

The time has come for my current flatmate is moving out (Ohh). Im pretty sad this is happening but all the best!!

Recently had new bedroom carpets, washing/drying machine. flat available to view, will be painted and cleaned on arrival of new tenant.

★About Me★

Im Martyn I work for the local government I pretty much live a professional Life, I work from home, I like to either Play xbox or I'll be sat on my Mac or just chillin or go out for a drive or travel, I like to keep the living areas clean and tidy so this would be cleaning surfaces, hoovering and mopping floors taking trash out. cleaning sinks and dishwashers etc

I do have a few friends who are like minded so usually a few drinks on the balcony a bit of music and Im a pretty good host meaning I never leave people out EVER!.

★About You★

Im pretty much looking for someone like minded and who Id got on with. I don't mine Student or Professional as long as your sensible and respectable, you'd need to take some duties like cleaning maintaining your rooms etc. I like someone to be pretty chilled I dont mind the odd party now and then but nothing thats going to make me loose the deposit! I dont mind if you like to sit in your room or sit in the living room Im sociable and always up for conversation and drinks when I'm not doing my own thing.

I do NOT want pets. Id like to go halfs on things like Dishwasher tables, bin liners, bleach etc. id like someone who me and my friends could get on with and invite out

★About the Property★

The Apartment is a large open planned two bedroom two bathroom with sweeping balcony on Leeds Dock (Leeds City Centre) The place comes fully furnished and you'll have your own large bedroom

The Kitchen comes with all white goods including Slimline dishwasher Full sized Fridge Freezer, Microwave and washer/dryer, 55" TV (Photos do not do it justice)

I'm pretty eco friendly so most of the lighting I use are LED's every other lighting around the property are Low (4/5 watts) bulbs.

This property is close to transport routes: 5min walk to Leeds Bus Station, 10min walk to Leeds Train station an parking for additional costs, also I drive so can do food shops etc.

★About Bills and Payments★

Being City Centre the apartment is relatively low price because of my current paying strategies (Message me for more info)

Rent as a whole is currently £1050 but negotiated a lower amount which would be £1000.

Water Bills are free - as part of a scheme living on the dock
Apartment service fees - are included in the rent
No Gas
Electric Fees - around ~£45 each pcm
Internet telecom (1000Mbps) - £10 each pcm
Council tax - £90 Each
Your bills would be £160 plus rent £500 = £645 (give or take £10)
