I have one small double room coming up for rent at the end of April in a new two bed townhouse situated just off Wellington road. Much sought after new estate otter island.

15mins walk along the canal to train station and city centre, 5 min walk to amenities including Co-op on Wellington street.

Looking for a someone who is laid back, clean and friendly. I work in the city centre mon to fri 9-5, room would suit a like minded professional to share the house, preferably someone who likes to chill and watch a movie together now and then and treat the house with respect, not looking for lodger!
The room is ensuite with its own shower and toilet and furnished with wardrobe, drawers and mirror, also bed with storage underneath.


The house is over 3 floors and comes with all New modern amenities.

Also there is a flat screen tv with free view and Netflix. All bills are included within the price including council tax (band B).
I am looking for someone to take the room in April/early may.

The house comes with its own parking space which is hard to get in the city, for a £70 p. m uplift. Thanks
