All the rooms are a great size and have a desk included, so is perfect for students. The kitchen is in the basement and there is also a living room on the first floor which has a TV (also included). Cardigan Lane is a really safe place, with a park and public tennis court across the road to take advantage of! There is also a 24 hr Cooperative shop down the road (5 min walk).
