Double room to rent by Leeds city centre

Hey,

I have a two bed flat with a room going spare. It's in Waterside Apartments, next to City Island. The flat is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and the rest of the city centre. The room is a double, it's not huge although I do think the picture make it look smaller than it is - you'll have to see for yourself - there's a bed and wardrobe in there and room for a desk and other stuff. There's a shared living room/kitchen area and one bathroom.

Anyway, about me. I work in TV as a transmission controller in the city centre. I've been in Leeds for 5 years now, studied here and stayed after graduating. I have a weird shift pattern so I work 12 hour shifts, often at weekends and sometimes nights, but I get more days off for the extra hours. I think it's best of both worlds because there are some days I'll be around, others you get the flat to yourself.

I'm laid back, sociable and would like to be friends with anyone moving in. I like to do stuff outside of work, currently I'm filming a documentary on a band, so I keep busy.
