The rent is £270pcm inc all bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband and Virgin TV).

Minimum 3 month contract (£200 deposit required)

The end terraced house is fully furnished to a high standard inc all cooking facilities, washer, leather sofa's, electric shower etc.

I am looking for a young working professional or Student who is sociable, tidy and can respect the other housemates!

The house is next to the number 1 bus stop which goes directly to the city centre/Universities.
