I'm 36 and I own the house. It's a clean and tidy space. I have one other lodger currently also, but there is room for one more if the right person comes along for sure, so please drop me a line!
Ok I'm quite 'outdoorsy' and I do carpentry work out and about. Eat pretty healthy, don't party too hard, like to get out and about, surf a bit, into bands and music. I like cats and dogs and not totally adverse to sharing with your pet if it's a a good one. Cheers 🤙🏻👍🏻
