We are 3 smashing young folks looking for another smashing young folk to be our housemate.
We currently have a double room available in a 4 bed house in Woodhouse. Lovely quiet street close to town and the universities.
£80 per week, bills not included.
The house is a large terrace, all the bedrooms are massive, nice big living room and kitchen with new oven. One bathroom that's just been done up (!). Large basement for storing stuff, small yards to front and rear of the house.
A bit about us: We are a group of 3 friends (comprising of a couple and their mate). One PhD student and two recent graduates. We're a friendly, laid back, open minded and most importantly clean bunch! We're hard workers but are not averse to a party. Between us we have a wide array of hobbies and interests, from sport to music to volunteering.
