Flexible Contract which suits you. We only charge for your stay so if you stay 4 months 5 days we will work it out to the day so you do not lose out. We only need 3 weeks notice whichever day. We manage the properties our selves hence we can give you a flexible contract to suit you.

Housemates
All are friendly, easy going clean & tidy
They do cook together now & again but are work conscious and not party animals. Professions includes IT masters student, Enigineer for NHS, Pharmacist & deliveroo rider.

Bills
No bills, No fees, No worries, all included in the rent, & we take care of it all.
