I'm Asmah and for the last six months I've lived with Julia.

Unfortunately Julia is moving out to living with her best friend.

I work for NHS England full time but a contemporary dancer in my spare time.

I'm looking for someone to move in
mid April for a six month contract. I would prefer a female flatmate but looking for someone clean and tidy.

I have lived in the flat for a year and I really want to stay here.

The room is good size double with a ensuite shower. Nice kitchen and living room with a balcony facing the canal.

Bills are £130 a month roughly.
Deposit is £660 and length of contract is 6 months. Agency fee may apply.

The flat is a great city centre location in Clarence Dock :
10 minute walk to the town centre
15 minute stroll to the train station
Minutes away from a gym, yoga centre, restaurant and bar.
Under a minute walk to the river side.
