Double Room in Friendly Meanwood Househare

We have a room coming available in our 4 bed house in Meanwood.

The house has a dining room and decent sized living room so we have lots of space to relax downstairs in the evenings.

We are well-placed in Meanwood, 5 mins walk from a Waitrose, Asda & Aldi and a few bars and shops around us. The bus stop is 2 minutes from our front door for catching the 51 and 52 bus into the centre (approx 25 minutes). The area is mainly young professionals and is generally quiet and peaceful.

You’d be living with me, Rob I work in TV, Ant a rock climbing instructor and Rhiannon works in digital marketing. We’re between 24-30 and we’re all friendly and usually chat in the evenings. We’re not cleanliness obsessed but we like to tidy up after ourselves and stop the place turning into a tip.

Karen is our landlord and there is NO AGENCY FEE! Deposit £200. Rent is £260pcm + £23pcm council tax. Bills additional to that we sort out ourselves and at rough estimate are another £30/month each
