Female professional looking for female housemate

I live in a semi detached house on Hartley Avenue in Woodhouse. The property has a small front garden, off street parking and a large back garden that backs onto The Ridge. The back garden is lovely with decking and a large lawn, and plenty of plants / home grown veg.

Downstairs has a shared lounge and a large open dining room and kitchen area with farmhouse table to sit about 10 people for dinner.

Upstairs is a good sized shared bathroom with bath & shower facilities.

My bedroom looks out over the garden and there is a small box room for extra storage. I have an attic which is currently used for storage, but open to turning it into a useful space.

The room advertised is a large double room which overlooks Hartley Avenue. It gets lots of daylight and is south facing. There is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room. You are welcome to decorate the room to your own style and tastes.

I am a creative person who owns my own laser cutting and bespoke giftware business. I am looking for a female housemate of a similar age and a friend to share my house with. I am an active person who loves outdoor activities, but I also love to chill with a bottle of wine on the sofa on a weekend or go out for social drinks.

I have three cats who are well behaved and adorable.
