Marsden house disabled access room

Large disabled room in block C of marsden house, only difference is that there is a larger bathroom, walk in shower and larger room.
Looking for someone to take my place as I have had to move back home to work there. Flatmates are all really nice and socialable. There is a fairly large kitchen and living room with a tv, kettle , oven and microwave supplied. Very quiet on a night, rarely hear next door as our neighbours are quiet too.
Also there is a free gym, large social area, cinema room, parking and laundry facility's on site.
