Looking for some one to fill a spare room in a house of 4. Located in Hyde park and about a 10 min walk from the uni and 5 from Hyde park pub. Its £90 a week and look from someone for December/January till July. 3 lovely girls already live here currently in their second year, at Uni of, they are up for both night out and nights in. The landlord is very helpful and everything seems to have run smoothly so far. All bills included and yes we have a TV. 24 hour sainsburys is just around the corner and there is a booze bin down the road. Please message me if you have any questions or are interested.
