Hi, I’m looking for a replacement for my cozy room. This is a student tenancy but professionals are welcomed too. My contract is to the end of August. I’m currently living here, but I’ll move out soon. So it probably suits people who’s not in a hurry.

This is a 3floors house fully furnished with large shared living room, dining room and kitchen. Each floor has one bathroom. The room available now is located on first (not ground) floor and share the bathroom with 2 other girls.

There’re currently 5 other roommates, 4 Chinese and 1 Vietnamese.

Close to Leeds Uni. 1 mins to Parkinson steps, 2 mins to Laidlaw Library

The room is 295/pm which is 30£ cheaper for replacement.
