One tenant Needed -- for Two Rooms!

Hi, I am moving out of this place, since I don't need to be in Leeds anymore. The contract renews on 1st July, so you can stay until then, or carry on there after then if you like the place.

You would be sharing with one nice, polite, and quiet girl, an MA student at the university. You get *two* rooms for £325/month + bills!

Great place, cheap!, with corner shop, bakery, and post office nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Short walk to the unis and to town.

P. S. The larger bedroom is in the photos, and I did a video of the second bedroom (which is a bit of a mess right now as I am in the course of moving out, but it should give you an idea: it's basically a good guest bedroom/storage or overflow room). I found it incredibly useful.
