Beautiful central double room with own bathroom

Available from August - A cosy double room with own bathroom has become available in a very well presented central double room apartment with a huge sunny balcony in Leeds Dock.

I have recently been offered a new contract in Edinburgh and therefore am looking to rent out my room. The apartment is centrally located in Leeds Dock, which is a lovely area 15 mins walk from the centre of the city. There is a Tesco Express, a gym and a couple of restaurants on the doorstep. There isn’t an allocated parking space however there are side streets surrounding the Leeds Dock where residents can park, providing a space is available, or an NCP car park within 2 minutes walk where a permit can be purchased.

You will be sharing the apartment with my flatmate Lauren. She is a great girl, who is friendly and bubbly but also values personal space. She works long hours during the week but likes to enjoy the city life on a weekend. She is hoping to live with someone who would also become a friend, not just a stranger.

The room has plenty of storage and access to its own bathroom where there is a bath and a shower head. The kitchen has everything you would need and we have WiFi and Sky. There is also a huge terrace balcony with beautiful views over a canal and the Leeds Dock. The rent includes a monthly water charge of £15. Bills add up to around 150 each (council tax, sky, broadband, gas and electric)
