City Centre room with en-suite & parking

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible to take over the remainder of the tenancy.

The flat is located in Brewery wharf with the train station a 10 minute walk away and a Sainsbury's and Tesco very close, also close to the docks. The flat comes with a parking space, which could also be rented out to someone in the building if you aren't looking for parking.

The total cost of the room with bills is around £600 per month. The room comes with an en-suite bathroom.

I work in the city centre in HR, I'm looking for a female or male professional who is a similar age. As long as you are clean and tidy and enjoy red wine we will get along!
