Pennine House student accommodation studio

It is a student accommodation so you must be able to provide the proof that you are current student to the reception. It would be available from July 9 to August 31. It locates in the city center of Leeds and close to everything, 4mins walk to train station and Trinity, 15mins walk to University of Leeds. The studio is around 23-24 sq. studio and there is one double bed, sofa ,own bathroom and kitchen and everything you need to live, I will give you the pillow and quilt and kitchen stuff for free if you transfer my lease.
