Free on street parking out the back or secure parking spaces can be rented in the car park. There’s lots of green space around the flat even though it’s in the city centre which is nice, lots of BBQs in the summer and decent views. Close to the canal and about a 10 minute walk from the bus station, 20 minute walk from the train station.

Flat comes with gym access if you go and get a pass from the management office in town.

Sorry no pets or smokers! It’s a two person flat only so I won’t consider renting one room to a couple sorry.
