The available room is a relatively small double, however the built in wardrobe makes up for this creating additional floor-space.

Landlord is only looking for a working professional, whom will respect the property. I like to keep the place clean and would therefore expect the same.

I work very long hours throughout the week, but also enjoy some weekend down time. Keen musician and cook so a like minded would be a bonus. Also someone who enjoys socialising is desirable (I have relatively recently moved to Leeds for work reasons).
