I'm looking for a friendly, sociable and down to earth person to live with me in a great apartment on Leeds Dock.

THE BASICS:
- Furnished double room
- Available from 10th June

COSTS:
- Deposit = £475
- Rent and bills paid separately
- Rent = £475 pcm (inc. water rates)
- Rent + bills = ~£650 pcm
- Bills include 100Gb Fibre, TV license, council tax, electricity
- Off Street Parking available at £90 per month in nearby Clarence dock car park 

THE FLAT:
The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, entrance hall and large kitchen/living room. It also has a good-sized balcony which catches the evening sun in the summer (with enough room to store bikes too!)

Walk to the city centre in 10 minutes, the train station in 15-20 minutes (or take a free water taxi!). 

The docks are a great place to live, away from traffic and with walks along the canal paths. There is also a gym, restaurant, cafe/coffee roasters and yoga studio all in the same building.

ME:
I'm a friendly 28 year old Speech and Language Therapist, originally from Australia. I’ve been on this side of the world for 2 years & am really enjoying my time living in Leeds! I work classic hours (8-4/9-5) enjoy going to music gigs, downstairs to yoga & love travelling so do go away some weekends.
