The bedroom is available from 15th December 2025. There is only one bill which is the WIFI bill to pay in your name that will cost £50 monthly. Each tenant has a bill in his/her name. If the bill amount exceeds £50, it will be paid by the other tenants. Same with the electricity, water and WiFi bills that are in the other tenants's name. If they exceed £50 monthly there will be divided by 3 and paid to the tenants who have the bills in their names.
The bedroom is all furnished and it is a very luxurious apartment with very good tenants to share to who are males and females full time students. There is own TV on the wall and own fridge and freezer. There property has washing machine and dryer and a beautiful garden to enjoy the sunshine.
