This bedroom is located in University of Leeds Campus for a full time student from 21st December 2025. It is only 5 minutes walk to enter your university building.
Only £400 monthly rent + the wifi monthly bill for a student who is a full time student at University of Leeds or professionals. Each tenant pays £50 per bill every month.
If the WiFi bill is over £50 monthly, then the exceeded amount will be paid to you by the other tenants. Same will happen if the electricity, gas and water bill will exceed £50, then the amount exceeded will be shared and paid to the tenant who has the bill in his/her name. No surprise costs.
All the other bills are included.
The bedroom has its own window that isn't transparent and it can be opened and closed inside your bedroom.
