Single bedroom available from 1st September 2026 until 31st July 2027 to only a full time student at university for £475 monthly rent + electricity bill to pay in your name as proof of address.
The other bills such as gas, water, council tax and Tv licence are included in rent. This single bedroom in located in Leeds City Centre and on University of Leeds Campus.
Wifi broadband is not provided because the tenants prefer using their mobile data on their phones or having free access of University of Leeds Wifi that is free for the full time students who study at university of Leeds.
One month deposit that will be considered as rent for your last month tenancy if you don't have any damages in your bedroom and in the shared areas.
The bedroom is all furnished and it is a very luxurious apartment with very good tenants. There is own TV on the wall and own fridge and freezer. There property has washing machine and dryer and a beautiful garden to enjoy the sunshine. There is a hydromassage shower.
