We have a double room with en-suite available for £437.50pcm (it won’t let me put the 50 pence in the bedroom description but the room is actually priced at £437.50) in city centre (15 min walk from Leeds train station) available NOW. The flat is amazing however I have had to leave as I’ll no longer be required to work in Leeds! The flat is stunning and modern and clean and is as shown in the video! It comes with a balcony and the landlord has provided new mattresses for the beds :)

The flat also comes with a secured parking space!

The other flatmate is a 21 year old professional female who you’ll be able to meet/speak too beforehand if interested.

There may be a small fee of £200 to change contracts but we can split this :)
