Flat sharing opportunity in a prestigous setting

AVAILABLE FROM 1st October (may consider earlier).

As the long term leaseholder, I am looking for a flatmate to share the facility. I am a healthcare professional and the flat has previously proved popular with fellow healthcare professionals. I have my own en suite, so the other occupant(s) would normally have sole use of the other bathroom. All the usual amenities including use of the cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Towels and linen can be supplied but my flatmate will be responsible for their own laundry. However, the flat has the benefit of use of a washing machine at no extra cost. Tumble driers are available on a communal basis at an an additional cost of £1 per cycle currently.

The flat has a fabuous outlook towards the Town Hall with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars all around. There is no free parking in the centre of Leeds. Parking can be obtained within 0.5 mile at a modest cost.

If someone only wished to stay only weekdays, the rent would be adjustable accordingly - £575 for 5 days. I rarely stay weekends i n the flat.

I intend to vacate the flat sometime between April and June mext year ready to sell or rent the whole flat. Hence, I am looking for someone to stay 6-9 months ideally. £100 cleaning fee on vacating the property.
