Hi, my name is Faith. I'm looking for a professional to replace my flatmate who is moving out on 10 July.
I work at a restructuring firm and spend a lot of time working or studying for professional exams. When I am not doing that, I enjoy snowboarding, watching sports (mainly F1) and working out. I enjoy chatting and socializing but will also respect your private space.
I have been living in this flat for over three years now and I have really enjoyed it. Due to the central location, it is within a short walk of everything including bars, shops and the station. You will particularly enjoy the location of you work in the city centre. The flat also has a balcony with a view of river Aire and the canal.
The flat comes with a parking space which my current flatmate and I rent out for £150 month. So if you were to live here, you will get half of that.
The room is quite spacious and has a double bed and an ensuite.
Rent is £500 and bills are on average £150 each. This includes council tax, utilities and broadband. However this is offset by income received from the parking of £75 each.
Preferred move in date is 11 July 2022 however this can be discussed. If you are interested, please let me know.
